Payment Policy

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Full Payment Required

All orders, including standard, custom and made-to-order products, must be paid in full before production is scheduled. We do not offer a deposit payment option for orders placed through our website.

Custom Order Processing

For custom products, production begins after full payment has been received and the required artwork or files have been received and confirmed. Production begins only after the customer has provided written approval of the final artwork proof.

Cancellations and Changes

Before final artwork approval and before production: a cancellation charge of 10% of the order value applies.
After final artwork approval but before production: a cancellation charge of 20% of the order value applies.
After production has begun: a cancellation charge of 100% of the order value applies.
Customers are responsible for spelling, sizing, content and other errors included in an approved proof. Customer-requested changes may affect pricing, lead time and the production schedule.

Taxes and Duties

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.
