Shipping Origin and Coverage

Orders are shipped from Guangzhou, China. We offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping Charges and Timing

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and distance. Custom-order production takes approximately 3–5 business days after full payment has been received and the required files have been received and confirmed. Production begins only after the customer has provided written approval of the final artwork proof. Estimated transit time is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

Once an order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the contact details provided with the order.

Order Cancellations

Before final artwork approval and before production: 10% of the order value is retained.
After final artwork approval but before production: 20% of the order value is retained.
After production has begun: 100% of the order value is retained.

Returns and Order Issues

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Custom printed products are handled only where an item is incorrect, damaged or has a verified quality issue.

Please report damage, incorrect items or quality issues within 12 hours of delivery and include your order details and clear supporting photos. For verified incorrect items or quality issues, Canopies2Go will arrange the appropriate replacement, rework or refund and bears the applicable related shipping costs.
